  1.                              SERVICE/FEE HELP
  2. In the (M)ake and (E)dit modes:
  3.   -> End all abbreviations with a backslash; to see a listing of them, press
  4.        F1 key when cursor is in the Description item area of the screen.
  5.   -> If you want don't want to charge the client for work reflected on the
  6.        time slip or fee record, go to any time item and press ^N (for "no
  7.        charge").  This will keep the client from being charged for the work
  8.        reflected, and will also allow BillPower to keep a record of that work's
  9.        value.
  10.   -> If you DO want to charge work for a case which would NOT normally be
  11.        charged (eg: a contingency, fixed fee, or monthly retainer), go to any
  12.        time item and press ^C (for "charge").
  13.   -> To prevent a portion of a description from appearing on the bill, enclose
  14.        that portion in curly brackets,"{}".
  15.   -> To prevent EVERYTHING (except the amount of the fee) from appearing on a
  16.        bill, begin the description with an asterisk, "*".
  17. In the (H)unt mode:
  18.   -> Be sure that gates B and C are set for the proper range of dates to be
  19.        covered by the hunt.
  20.   -> If you want transactions other than services/fees to be included in the
  21.        hunt, set gates L to P accordingly.
  22.   -> Select the type of report you want to see by setting gate Q accordingly.
  23.   -> Press ALT-P to send report to printer.  ALT-F sends it to TEXT.MX file.
